  Many years ago a former co-worker told me something that was simple yet profound and to this day still speaks volumes to me. It was not something super spiritual or maybe it was; you know God can speak through any vessel He chooses. What my co-worker said was,Marilyn, you know it really doesn't cost you anything to be kind. His statement caused me to rethink some things like; do others see Christ in me? Is God pleased with the person I've become? What would Jesus do? From then on I purposed to let/ allow the Light of Christ to shine in and through me whenever I encountered a family member, friend, or stranger and put into practice the law of kindness .

Yes, the law of kindness, Proverbs 31:26 she opens her mouth in skillful and godly wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness.

So when our paths cross let us be kind to one another, which is the hallmark of a Christian for only God knows if our paths will cross again.
Let us as Christians be liberal with words and acts of kindness,~2 Peter 1:7 instructs us to add to our faith brotherly kindness; to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love (NKJV)
